Akira Kurosawa (1910-1998), after Boxed set including a PiezoGraf reproduction of a work by Kurosawa featuring a warrior, inspired by his film "Kagemusha, l'Ombre du guerrier". Horipro publisher. Known as a director of genius, Akira Kurosawa was also a talented draftsman. The Petit Palais in Paris devoted an exhibition of his work to him in 2008. The work reproduced here was used to illustrate the poster for the 1983 Cannes Film Festival. Enclosed is a booklet of reproductions of famous Japanese prints, "Bijin-ga", published by the Bulgarian Museum in Sofia, National Gallery for Foreign Art. 42 x 30cm. Reproductions including Utamaro, Kunisada, Eizan, Harunobu, on strong paper.
