CHINA, in the taste of the Archaic period Dou tripod vase in bronze with green and reddish patina, two ring handles on the body and three on the lid. Green and brown encrusted interior. Height: 14 cm; Diameter at opening: 14.8 cm (Heavy mechanical wear from rubbing throughout) The Dou ritual vase was used for meat offerings.
