CHINA, Qing dynasty (1644-1912) Cup on high pedestal decorated in its center with the character "lu" around which develops a decoration in registers comprising a round of bats, peaches of longevity, pomegranates, swastikas, then a small frieze of lingzhis, Greeks and finally in border of flowers of lotus and scrolls. On the reverse, the first frieze is also carved with lotus and scrolls, then peonies are incised on a cloud background. On the foot, the alternating decorative friezes are carved: Greek, flowers and stylized leaves. At the base, we find the same decorative themes. Cinnabar lacquer. Height: 27 cm, diameter of the cup: 19,5 cm. (Broken foot, to be glued back together. Some damages and restorations)
