ART BYZANTIN, Vè-VIIè siècle Polycandelon (lustre) en bronze formé d'une couronne ajourée centrée d'une rosace et d'un motif rayonnant orné de croix byzantines. Sur le pourtour, neuf trous destinés à recevoir des lampes en verre (ici absentes) et trois anneaux de suspension et trois chaînes. Diam. : 30,3 cm Provenance : ancienne collection française.
